Self-Portraits
Much of my artistic focus has been on self-portraiture, and that will continue well into the next year with the building of my independent portfolio. However, the roots of this interest lay in the final project self-portraits for both my Drawing Foundation and Intro to Painting classes. As hard as this may be to believe, I think something draws me to the self-portrait besides narcissism, but I'm not exactly sure what.
